Jeff Harmon

Jeff Harmon, ACC, PMP, is the founder, president and head coach of Brilliance Within Coaching & Consulting. Brilliance Within was founded with a passion to support those in a leadership positions to take their success to new levels and thereby the success of those they serve.

Jeff is a coach, leadership expert, speaker, and author with 17 years of leadership experience in both large organizations and small businesses and he has a vision to equip every leader with the capacity to tackle every business challenge and goal and live a more meaningful and fulfilled life.

Jeff brings the best practices of Principled Leadership and project management to the business owner, executive, and spiritual leader. He doesn’t spend much time in the conceptual and theoretical realm but brings leadership and operational excellence to the level where things get done.

Jeff studied leadership at the University of Central Florida and the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation and certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.

Jeff has helped hundreds of leaders execute over 100,000 hours of business strategy and develop their leadership capacity.

Jeff is married to Sandy and has two beautiful little girls, Madeline and Gloria. They live in northern NJ and enjoy trying new restaurants, swimming, family games, and serving the Lord together.
