Wendy Wickham Fallon

Wendy Fallon is a professional writer and artist living in Fort Myers Beach, FL, having recently moved from Phoenix, AZ in December 2017. After 5 years of honing her imagination and 22 years in the desert, she published her first 4 murder mysteries in 2018, in her new series: Cali May Mysteries.

After studying Fine Art at the University of CT, and Architecture at Catholic University in Washington, DC, Fallon founded Turtle Creek Designs, which became Fallon Designs in 2007, providing graphic and fine art for web, print, and collectors.

Along the way, Fallon worked for Avnet, Inc. as a graphic designer, and a technical and corporate writer. She currently works for a global software company as an Information Developer.

In 2007, Fallon co-founded and co-managed Art on Boston Gallery with a fellow artist and business partner. The Gallery, located in historic downtown Chandler, AZ, from 2007 to 2010, provided exhibit space, artists' studios and classrooms. Fallon's personal mediums of choice are pencil drawing and water-based painting and through the Gallery she sold artwork to several visiting collectors throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Fallon's short story, ‘Elixir of Death’ is included in the 2017 Desert Sleuths short story Anthology: SoWest: Killer Nights. She is a member of Sisters in Crime, Dessert Sleuths Chapter in Phoenix and the national chapter of Sisters in Crime.
