I entered adulthood as a shy, young woman who worked as a checkout clerk in a local grocery store. From humble circumstances, I grew personally and professionally to become a prominent leader with an International Cosmetics Company.

My spiritual journey began at the end of a failed marriage. I have overcome heartache, co-dependency and fear. I share my struggle and failures, but am consistently reminded of God's Grace. I have been given a second chance and love every aspect of my blessed life.

From a shy, insecure, young woman, to highly successful businesswomen, my goal in life has been to make a positive difference in the lives of others. I have spent my life encouraging, coaching, training and mentoring thousands of women.

At the end of each day, I feel I have had a great day if I have positively influenced someone's life and if I have given and received many really good hugs.

My greatest joy is her family. I reside in Nashville, Tennessee with my husband, Duane, who is a southern "Yankee" and loves Nashville as much as I do. Duane and I enjoy spending time with our three adult children and five beautiful granddaughters.

I have dedicated my life to empowering women. I perform numerous speaking engagements throughout the country on topics such as "women becoming visible," "empowerment," and other motivational topics.
