Bob Emery

Bob Emery started his professional career in the insurance and financial services business, working for 10 years marketing insurance and investment products, mortgages, and trusts and recruiting, training, and managing a substantial sales force. In 1992 he entered into full-time missions work and in 1996 founded Global Opportunities for Christ to support indigenous Christian ministries overseas, primarily in areas of persecution and poverty. For 16 years he has also served as a missions consultant.

Bob has traveled extensively researching Christian ministries, cultivating relationships with Christian leaders around the world, teaching in churches, at conferences, and in Bible Schools. He is also the author of 12 books on various Christian topics, including Biblical commentary, devotionals, historical fiction, and missions.
