Rob Collie is CEO of P3 Adaptive, a consulting firm that builds custom AI and data solutions for mid-market and Fortune 1000 companies. A former Microsoft engineer who spent 13 years at the company – including time on the Excel team and as a founding engineer on the technology that became Power BI – Rob now helps business leaders cut through the AI hype and actually get started: with clarity instead of jargon, and confidence instead of blind trust.

He is the author of four books, including the #1-selling book on Power BI and Fair Game: Customizing AI to Your Business Is Easier Than You Think. He hosts Raw Data with Rob Collie, a weekly podcast with over 210 episodes, and writes The Goldilocks Altitude on Substack – both translating AI into practical action for business leaders.
