Marc D Thompson

Marc D. Thompson delved into writing and genealogy at a very early age. He wrote stories, poems, lyrics and family history books. Marc went on to write and research in high school and college, earning a BS degree from Moravian University. He has presented genealogical lectures and authored over 100 genealogy volumes. Marc's other published works include The Fitness Book of Lists, Virtual Personal Training Manual, two Music CDs, and a poetry compilation, with poetic appearances in Fighting Chance Magazine, Love's Chance Magazine, Northern Stars Magazine, Offerings, Poetry Motel, Suzerian Enterprises and The Pink Chameleon. He currently pens a genealogy blog, fitness and writing blogs. Marc is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists and founded a PA Genealogy Society. He was the County Coordinator of the Chatham Co, GA USGenweb site and wrote a monthly genealogy column for Atlantic Avenue Magazine. He is currently organizing a South Florida Genealogical Society and pens a genealogy and fitness blog. Marc believes in what he calls Creatalytical Thinking: The fusion of creativity and analysis to view life more fully and fulfill his place in this world Writing now for over four decades, Marc has been influenced by science, art and his relationships, and yet at the same time marvels at the variety and immenseness of life.
