T. Michael Martin is a thriller novelist, Google employee, co-creator of the popular YouTube channel “How to Adult,” and the guy who accidentally kickstarted a cultural meme by creating the (fake) Nintendo quote “Everything not saved will be lost” for the epigraph of his debut novel, The End Games. He was named Booklist’s #1 “Insanely Talented First Novelist” of 2013, and his books, The End Games and Mr. Fahrenheit, have received critical praise from, among others, Voice of Youth Advocates magazine, who called The End Games "a tale of terror worthy of the early, great Stephen King”; bestselling author John Green, who called The End Games “brilliant, blisteringly intelligent fiction” and named it his favorite book of the moment in People Magazine; and Booklist, who described Mr. Fahrenheit as “Bradburian magic.”
Martin currently lives with his pug in Los Angeles. His pug has more than twice as many Instagram followers as Martin, but they try not to talk about that too much. (The dog’s IG is @philisapug. We would include Martin’s as well, but there’s a character limit here, and sometimes in this life you have to make tough choices.)
