Rina Arya

Rina Arya is Professor of Critical and Cultural Theory at the University of Hull. She has written extensively about the artist Francis Bacon and is interested in the relationship between visual and material culture, and religion.

She has written a number of books and book chapters on various subjects including the sacred, gender and sexuality, and abjection.
