Tracy Whitwell

Tracy Whitwell was born, brought up and educated in the north-east of England. She wrote plays and short stories

from an early age, then moved to London where she became a busy actress on stage and screen. After having her son, she wound down the acting to concentrate on writing full time. Many projects followed until she finally found the courage to write the first in her Accidental Medium series, a work of fiction based on a whole heap of crazy truth​. There are now five in the series (published by Pan Macmillan) and Tracy is nothing like her lead character Tanz. (This is a lie.)

Tracy Whitwell also has an alter ego, Trixxy Raven, who writes and records the audios for colourful spicy romances, (also with Pan Macmillan). Currently, French Kissing, Hot in the Highlands, Relight My Fire and Wild Encounters are setting readers ears alight worldwide.

Tracy's most recent publication is her brutal, tender, furious book 'THE SHE' which was seven years in the making, initially written in 2019 and left to marinate until finally there was space to polish it and send it out in it's angry, inspirational glory in September 2026.

Tracy has now returned to the beautiful north-east to live, and is working on her next book and a play, because she's a glutton for punishment and can't just do one thing. Plus she's got rampant ADHD, which in her opinion is a superpower.
