Lee Tunney-Ware is a seasoned entrepreneur, coach, and one of the founders of Entrepreneurs Community International (ECI). With over three decades of entrepreneurial experience, Lee has dedicated his career to empowering high-achievers, business leaders, and entrepreneurs to break through barriers and achieve exponential success.

He is also the driving force behind Hard Work or Success: The School of Hard Knocks, a collaborative book featuring 22 entrepreneurs sharing their real-life stories and the systems they use for success.

Lee’s passion lies in helping entrepreneurs gain visibility and credibility in the marketplace, offering insights and practical strategies that aren’t taught in traditional schools. His coaching focuses on making success achievable through tiny but impactful changes, guiding leaders through deep, bespoke coaching sessions with life-changing results.

As a lifelong learner and father of 11, Lee’s entrepreneurial journey began at age 12, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges of balancing personal and professional life.
