Leaving a movie several years ago, I told my wife I could write stories just as good as the ones we paid to see. She said, "Well then, why don't you?"

That was the beginning of my writing career. Since then I've written several books and novellas, focusing mostly on horror and science fiction, other areas as well. I don't try to write a certain book, or kind of book. Instead I put the stories bouncing around in my head onto paper (or Microsoft Word if you will).

How'm I doing? As the great 20th Century poet Mick Jagger said, "You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometime, you might just find, you get what you need." I'm looking to do better than that.
