Ann Andrews CSP spent 4 years in the British Royal Marines where she learned that leadership is everything. She then trained as a work study engineer; moved into a personnel role and ultimately set up her own HR Consultancy specialising in working with high performing teams. In her 30+ years working with owners and managers she met great leaders; mediocre leaders and diabolical leaders. A business or team will only ever be as good as their manager allows them to be. Ann is passionate about people. She believes that every person in an organisation matters. She believes that in a world of technology and AI, people at ALL levels of an organisation need to be prepared learn; unlearn and re-learn so they stay employable.
