Paula Gerber

Dr Paula Gerber is an Associate Professor in the Law Faculty at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. She spent 20 years working as a lawyer/attorney in London, Los Angeles and Melbourne before making a move into academia. She specialises in two disparate areas of law, namely, international human rights law and construction law, and regularly researches and publishes in both fields.

Paula is particularly interested in promoting and protecting the rights of LGBTI people and ending discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity/expression.
