Herleson Pontes works as a teacher, consultant, writer and trainer in information technology, focused in consulting and training services for companies and professionals throughout Brazil. He has the Master degree in Applied Informatics, Bachelor in Information Systems, holds Cisco, Microsoft, ISTQB and ITIL certifications, and also he´s working towards for the Doctor degree in Applied Informatics. His expertise includes Relational Databases, Business Intelligence, Operating Systems (Client and Server), Network Infrastructure, Computer Graphics and Computer Animation. Herleson is also speaker and contributor, participating of many Brazilian publications and communities about technology, besides he realizes a volunteer work teaching English and informatics for poor children.
