Karen J Roberts

Award winning children's book author, Karen J. Roberts, was inspired to write stories promoting animal kindness and responsible pet ownership when she adopted her dog Louie from the Northeast Animal Shelter in Salem Ma. She has 15 books for children of all ages, helping develop a love of nature and animals using themes of friendship, family and teamwork. Karen has collaborated with many talented illustrators bringing bright and fun images to enhance the stories.

Karen is a two-time winner of the Indie Excellence Award, Three-time winner of the Feathered Quill Book Award, two-time winner of the Moonbeam Children's Book Award, a finalist in the International Book Awards, and winner of the eBooks2go Children's Book Contest.

All of the profits from the sale of Karen's books goes towards helping animal rescue groups and literacy programs. Karen's books are written, illustrated, published, printed and shipped in the USA.
