Alejandro Torres-Marco

I was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico in 1958. The sixth out of nine kids with a keen interest on how things worked. For some reason, when I started being a teenager, I believed that everything was part of a mental process, and this is how and why I love to write about the power of our mind, the greatest creation of the Universe that we now know about. Thoughts precede anything and everything. Many, many people take their mind for granted ignoring the huge potential that it has, once you learn about its magnificent power.

Yes, although this might sound as a cliche, "We do become what we think about", followed by belief and of course actions. What are your predominant thoughts about? What are you doing to upgrade them as frequent as possible?

I'm not saying it is easy, but it can be done.
