Maria V. Nikolaeva (Atma Ananda - Shanti Nathini - Dolma Jangkhu - Made Sri Nadi)

The Master of Philosophy and Personal Psychology, the member of 'International Writers Union' and 'Translators Union of Russia' (specialized in English), the fellow of 'Association for Study of Esoterics and Mysticism', the the honorable member of St. Petersburg Yoga School. She is the author of 37 books on spirituality printed in Russia, USA, Europe, Asia (up to 115 000 copies), 150 articles, press correspondent for magazines and mass-media.

Leaving her position as editor in Saint-Petersburg State University, she spent 12 years in 10 Asian countries. In India she lived in ashrams and visited holy places, practiced with about 50 Indian and Western spiritual teachers, completed courses in several centers, and was certificated as Yoga-teacher. She got initiations in ancient traditions Natha Sampradaya and Kriya Yoga, got Karma-Sannyasa in Vedantic order (Bihar School of Yoga).

Also, she did comparative research of other Eastern cultures becoming Reiki Master, publishing her books on Taoism and Feng Shui, practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong while traveling to China. With Buddhist refuge she practiced Karma-Kagyu in Nepal, Theravada meditation systems of Vipassana in Sri Lanka and Thailand plus Mahayana Zen in Vietnam, Shamanism in Indonesia etc.

Finally, she completed her method 'Self-Being Strategy', did individual consulting in Bali island (Indonesia) 5 years, then continued her teaching in St. Petersburg also visiting 10 European countries, leading group seminars and giving lectures last 3 years. In Madeira island she collaborated with Russian house, Buddhist center, and Kundalini studio.
