April Brucker is an American ventriloquist, actress, comedian, writer, and television personality known for blending live performance with media storytelling. Originally from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, she developed an early passion for performing and later studied acting at The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. She earned a BFA from New York University Tisch School of the Arts and an MFA in Creative Writing and Screenwriting from Antioch University Los Angeles. In New York City, she performed in major cabarets and comedy clubs such as Don’t Tell Mama, The Duplex, and Broadway Comedy Club, and appeared in off-Broadway productions like "Murdered by The Mob." Her style combines classic ventriloquism, improvisation, satire, and pop-culture-inspired characters. After relocating to Las Vegas, she expanded into television and live revues, performing at venues including Notoriety Theater and Planet Hollywood. She also hosts April in Vegas, a streaming interview show featuring entertainment personalities. Brucker has appeared on numerous television shows, including "Judge Jerry," "My Strange Addiction," "and What Would You Do?"
