Gwen Weiss-Numeroff, author and nutritionist, was born in Brooklyn, New York. For 16 years she worked as an Advertising Executive at various large ad agencies and at publications such as Health Magazine, Bon Appetit and US Magazine. In 2001, she changed her path toward health & wellness after witnessing too many loved ones fall ill from disease.
It was her mother's sudden, premature death that inspired her to launch her nationwide quest to find the secrets to vital longevity from those Americans already living the dream, and to share their vital wisdom with the world.
Gwen's book, Extraordinary Centenarians in America: Their Secrets to Living a Long Vibrant Life is a product of her passion for vibrant, healthy living and her desire to inspire and empower others to live the same.
Currently, Gwen holds lectures and workshops on living life long, healthy and vibrantly to a variety of audiences including seniors, corporate employees, parents and students.
Gwen has appeared on national television, radio, newspapers and magazines. She lives in New City, NY with her husband of 20 years and two teenage daughters.
