Alan Yau

Alan Yau is the creator of Autism Sparks, a website and Facebook Page dedicated to supporting parents of children with autism. He has worked with children with autism for 20 years in a number of roles including classroom teacher, and manager of an autism provision. However, the role that he treasures most is that of cabin counselor on a summer camp in Upstate New York - it was there that his autism journey started, and he had the privilege of sharing the lives of a group of children with autism every summer, over a number of years.
