Gene Tague

My name is Gene Tague. I spent most of my career in the steel fabrication and erection industry, but my passion has always been writing. My first work, Management 101, The School of Hard Knocks, is about what I learned and some of my experiences in the steel business. My hope is that it will help take some of the bumps out of someone else's path. The rest of my work is my real love, mystery/suspense and mainstream fiction. I have four novels that will be published in 2013. The first, The House with the Hole in the Roof, A Hackney Smith Adventure is currently available in both trade paperback and ebook formats. The House That David Built, the second novel in the Hackney Smith Adventure series is currently available as an ebook and will be available as a trade paperback in Jan/Feb 2013. The Man in God's Pocket, a mainstream/mystery/suspense/thriller is currently available as an ebook and will be available as a trade paperback in Jan/Feb 2013. Quarter Past Midnight, a mystery/suspense novel will be available later in 2013.
