For 20 years of teaching elementary students,. J.M.CATAFFO has held several positions designed to helps students, including Special Education, Reading Specialist, Assessment, Individual Education, Specialized Curriculum, and other proven methods to ensure student success. We don’t base a child’s future on a single test. We use a “whole child” approach that addresses everything from academics to being successful in the world.

A big focus of is on Deep Learning strategies and Emotional support. With proven techniques and data-driven decision making, we provide an individualized tutoring experience for your child. J.M.CATAFFO also writes young adult Fantasy/SciFi; stories designed to elicit high interest and deal with topics relevant to today's teens and young adults. Formerly published through Booktrope, the books are now under a new imprint: Akaadia Press.
