David Vik

Dr. David “Doc” Vik is known as The Culture King for promoting his Vision: “To Empower People and Companies” throughout the world. His Culture techniques and strategies yield net results in many different business sectors by attracting and retaining high-quality, engaged employees and loyal customers, while allowing companies to grow at unprecedented rates.

Prior to penning The Culture Secret, Doc held the role of coach at Zappos.com, where he helped to engage and empower the employees and drive the Culture. Before joining the team at Zappos, he founded and directed one of the most successful chiropractic clinics in the United States.

Doc lives in the heart of Silicon Valley, Los Altos, with his lovely wife, Lori, his two fantastic kids, Viki and Sam, and their three cats, Reggie, Susie, and Nellie.
