Jason Bingham

Jason felt like a failure almost daily as he transitioned from individual contributor to team leader. With very little experience, he was dropped into a high performance culture and asked to lead it forward. It was not going well. This "blessing" was the toughest year of his life, yet set him on the path to learning and living Cultureship. He learned how culture can change quickly and the results followed just as fast. He also learned a pragmatic process to build high performing cultures.

His promotion to district manager three years later allowed him to practice what he had learned by building a high performing culture in an underperforming business. The business results followed quickly. Now, in his current position as Vice President of Trane North America, Jason is learning how to build high performing cultures from a "company" perspective by managing business leaders.

Jason paid forward these insightful career lessons by writing the story and documenting a pragmatic culture process now called "Cultureship". His true goal was to make it easy for leaders to create high performing cultures. Through this process, any leader can learn, create and teach high performing cultures that deliver premier business results. Maybe most amazing is that this process is proven to deliver those results within one year. Once you live Cultureship, your definition of leadership is changed forever.
