James E. Campbell Jr

James Campbell grew up on a farm in South Florida and spent every free moment diving and skiing in Biscayne Bay. His family spent summers camping and hiking in almost every national park then in existence. It took about ten years to physically recover after a motorcycle accident while in high school. Finding freedom from the resulting mental and emotional trauma didn't come until his forties.

After graduating from the University of Florida with a BA in Religion, James attended seminary at ORU. Dissatisfied with his experience, he taught school for a year and then went into business. In 1982 he married his business partner, Sandra.

After years of following all the rules for healing and prosperity, James and Sandra began learning that God's plan was totally other than what they had been taught. God wants to take the pressure off of His children not put more on. Many seek God for whatever it is they need, or want. God has a better idea. He delights to give Himself. Within the treasure of getting Him are all the treasures anyone could ever desire. In fact, the Bible calls the treasures of having God "loot."

Except for a few articles in newspapers, UNSEEN is James' first venture into published writing. He and his son, Q, decided to write it because many people want more of God or are in terrible pain just like James was. Unfortunately, answers provided by the church are often stale and create a heavier barrier to knowing God.

His co-author and son, James Q,, graduated from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs and was an intern in the the Colorado Senate as well as the Leadership institute in Arlington, VA. James Q. has three years of professional experience writing news and opinion articles for a local newspaper.
