George A.M. Heroux

George A.M. Heroux is a Renaissance Man. He is a novelist, author, playwright, screenwriter, college professor, victim advocate, lawyer, actor, and musician. His highly successful novel, But for the Crash, has remained in the top 25% of Amazon sales; his book on writing is very popular especially with young and older readers; he has written six plays that have been produced for the stage; he has written two screenplays that became movies; he has written numerous magazine and newspaper articles. Along the way, he has appeared in 30 stage productions and three movies as an actor. All of this while he serves as Executive Director/Attorney for Victim Impact Speakers, an organization that provides assistance at no charge to families who have lost a family member in a drunk driving crash. He is also an accomplished speaker, lecturing to first-time DUI offenders and to high school assemblies. In his spare time, he is an adjunct instructor at Robert Morris University where he teaches law-related and theatre-related subjects.
