F. Y. Dawn

F. Y. Dawn, born and raised in San Diego, is a published author. She began her writing career in 2010 with her debut novel, Serenity of Passion, which branched out into the Surrender to Love series that currently consists of five novels.

Her writing style has been compared to the likes of Alice Walker, author of The Color Purple, in which the reader is drawn in with her captivating imagery, dialogue, and page turning plot. Other recent endeavors have been a children's book, EJ and the Shadow on the Wall, to help kids navigate their tough moments with biblical influence. F. Y. Dawn has also joined forces with her spouse of twenty-one years to compile spiritual concepts and scripture into a twenty-one day devotional for couples entitled, Make Time 4 Love.

In addition F. Y. Dawn is a licensed minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. In all that she does it is her desire to please the Lord. Through her writing she aspires to draw the people closer to Christ and encourage them to live free, love harder, and want better. Her talent and Ministry combine for an influential force to the Kingdom of God and the literary community.
