I am a firm believer that some of the most profound truths come to us in the form of lies.
We are a story telling people, and personally I find the most enjoyment in telling speculative fiction stories. There often isn't a direct category for what I do, though if you were to content yourself with broad strokes you could say I write science fiction.
I like writing flawed people who do flawed things. It is very rare that you will find a hero in my works, though you will come across more than your fair share of villains.
I adore the strange and the surreal because I feel it most mimics our experience here, and I find comfort in our foibles.
I will give you one word of caution about the things that I write, it is not for the timid nor squeamish. If you are the type of person who wants a saccharine happy ending romp through the lilies, you are not likely to find it in the pages that I've written. I find value in both ends of the spectrum, high and low, and feel that they go hand in hand, and to ignore one is to do a disservice to the work itself.
If this sounds like an adventure you'd enjoy, you can find my works linked to this page. If not, thank you for your time anyway.
