Scott Silverii

Dr. Scott Silverii writes about faith, courage, and the choices that change a life. A retired chief of police and senior pastor, he draws on more than three decades of law enforcement experience, including undercover work, SWAT service, and police leadership.

His books span Christian living, police culture, and marriage. Titles include Captive No More, Broken and Blue, Conquering Strongholds, Uncuffed, and the Big Book of Marriage. Whether exploring personal struggles or telling a suspenseful story, Scott brings an understanding of people under pressure and the possibility of a new beginning.

Scott’s doctoral research examined police culture, adding an academic perspective to his firsthand experience. Today, he serves as senior pastor of Five Stones Church in Midlothian, Texas, where he helps people work through past pain and grow in their faith.

He and his wife, Leah, share a commitment to faith and service that shapes his writing, teaching, and discipleship.
