Recovery Zen: 180 Contemplations for Those in Recovery is my newest book. As the title suggests it is a meditation / contemplation book drawing from Taoism, Zen, Buddhism, Existentialism, and modern psychology. It is aimed at personal growth.
Thoughts on Existence is a collection of my online writing from Psychology Today, as well as my personal website. The book is geared at provoking thought about existential issues and generally for self improvement.
