Leta Beam

Leta Beam is President of Vantage International, a leadership and business coaching firm. Leta’s passion for writing, speaking, teaching and coaching high performance professionals and organizations to have a strategic advantage and a commanding view of the environment is at the pulse of the Vantage enterprise. She is an accomplished and dynamic executive with twenty-two years of successful experience in building innovative business operations - as an intraprenuer at one of the country's largest healthcare insurance companies, as the president of Kairos Health Systems and as founder of her own coaching enterprise.

Take The Lead was published in May 2012 and is steadily climbing the business best seller list. Prior to writing her breakthrough book, Take the Lead: Full-Throttle Engagement Powered by Coaching, Leta authored numerous articles on business coaching, leadership and business excellence. She has co-authored a book, Creating An Extraordinary Business, which focuses on business transformation.

When she is not busy creating and working on her series of leadership books, Leta is a sought-after international speaker and executive coach. Throughout her career she has been recognized for strong leadership and setting, implementing and achieving strategic goals through collaborative teamwork and partnership and individual brilliance. Her reputation for creativity, energy and ethical conduct is well earned. She truly pushes the envelope, asking her clients to expand their horizons and explore exciting new opportunities. This often involves blending inner and outer technology and always generates transformative results.

Leta is adjunct faculty at the Pennsylvania State University, where she designs and delivers leadership curricula. She is also an adjunct professor at Saint Francis University, where she offers MBA courses in coaching, creating workplace community and talent planning.

Leta lives in Harrisburg, PA where she and her husband Jim are avid cyclists. She also works remotely with her daughter, Shannon, who resides in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
