Christine Gardner

Christine Gardner was born in New South Wales, spending her early childhood on a citrus orchard, and moving across the river to country Victoria around the age of seven. After a few moves around the countryside as an adult she now lives in a regional city in central Victoria with her husband and their Siberian husky. When the youngest of her five sons started school she too returned to education. After a variety of TAFE courses in art and design, pottery, creative writing and editing she went to university and achieved a Bachelor of Arts, with Honours in History. She also studied Literature, Women's Studies, Philosophy and Religion.

Christine has written everything from children's and young adult fiction to adult horror and true crime--a sad and horrific true story of a mother who brutally murdered her three young children in 1910. She is currently working on Book 3 of her Red Dust Series, romance based in rural Australia. Each book in the series can be read as a stand alone novel--there are characters who appear in more than one.
