I am lucky enough to live and work in the beautiful city of Venice. When I first moved here from the UK, I soon discovered that Lord Byron had been a near neighbour. Being the sort of person I am, I immediately wanted to read a book about his time in the city. I soon found that no such book existed, so I decided to write one myself! "City of the Heart" is my first book, and was researched and written in the city which I now call home.
