MARK GRANT

Mark A. Grant (1959-) Born in the monochrome fifties in Weymouth, Dorset. Grew up in the technicolour sixties. Moved to Sheffield in '69. Lived in a two up, two down with a toilet outside and a tin bath in front of the fire. Things could only get better and they did. In '77 at the age of eighteen I became a croupier and have been in the same business ever since. Moved to Amsterdam in '81 and entered the world of illegal gambling and shady deals. Life was good, work was exciting, met and befriended many interesting 'characters'. Now living a quiet life in Plymouth as a poker dealer growing fruit and vegetables with my partner of fourteen years. Enjoy writing about my exploits abroad and currently working on my second book with a working title of 'Damned and be done with it'.
