Christian Ward has spent over 10 years in the Staffing and Talent Acquisition industry. This includes eight years with one of the largest staffing companies in the world, starting as a recruiter and eventually moving into an Area VP role. He is now the VP of Talent Acquisition for a company in North Carolina, as well as an author and speaker in the area of staffing and career development.
