Andy Hughes is a Sales and Marketing consultant based in Derby, UK. After working for a variety of companies over a 27 year period he decided to become an independent consultant utilising his expertise and offering a broad base of Sales and Marketing advice and support combining and integrating Social Media. Author of Career and Jobseeker Mapping Andy used his previous expertise to formulate a personal Sales and Marketing strategy for Individuals to better understand their value and how to market themselves as a brand. He is also a Volunteer Business Expert for Working Knowledge within the UK (working Knowledge - Bridging the gap between education and the workplace). Andy is continuing to use Sales and Marketing as a medium for organisations and individuals to better understand the connection it has on a social, personal and business level

In 2010 Andy published his first book Career and Jobseeker Mapping a strategy using Sales and Marketing as a foundation for creating opportunities for new employment and career advancement
