Bob is CEO and Founder of Digital Directors Network and an Adjunct Professor of Management and Organization at the USC Marshall School of Business. He's one of the world's leading experts on digital and cybersecurity risk oversight and is also an ESG Center Fellow at The Conference Board.

He's a retired PwC Advisory Partner where he was a member of their Global and Asia-Pacific leadership teams. He's been an early-stage SaaS CEO and board member and is a regular keynote speaker on business strategy, leadership, and digital disruption.

He is co-author and editor of the book THE GREAT REBOOT - Succeeding In Times Of Massive Change And Risk, a post-pandemic guide for CEO's and Corporate Director's.
