Gregory Wilkin

Gregory Wilkin graduated from Yale and earned a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto. He has published fiction in The Northwest Review, The University of Toronto Review, Acta, Encounters, The University College Review and non-fiction in the newspaper, The New Haven Advocate, The Hartford Advocate and Tennis magazine. He teaches in the English department at Phillips Academy, Andover and has taught at Dulwich College, London, England, School Year Abroad in Rennes, France and Physics-Mathematics School 165 in Akademgorodok, Siberia. A PTR-certified tennis professional, he has just completed a screenplay based on his novel The Rabbit’s Suffering Changes (the book that tells the story of the last British man--until Murray--to play in the finals of Wimbledon). He sees Jude Law as Bunny Austin, Naomi Watts as his actress wife Phyll Konstam; Daniel Day Lewis as Fred Perry ("He looks just like him!") and Meryl Streep as Fat Nanny (“Seriously,” he says. “It’s a great role!”).

His current book project is writing a new version of his Ph.D. thesis from the Centre for Medieval Studies. "It's the research Dan Brown neglected to read about the Templars and the Grail."
