Matt Hill is a writer from Tameside, Greater Manchester, now living in Glossop, on the edge of the Peak District. His new novel WRECKS will be published by Dead Ink in August.
Matt’s work blends elements of weird science fiction, horror, social realism and noir; his stories are often about ordinary people doing their best to navigate precarity and collapse in near-future northern England.
His novels include LAMB (Dead Ink), a Times best SF novel of 2023, alien pandemic novel THE BREACH (Titan, 2020), and Philip K. Dick Award finalist GRAFT (Angry Robot, 2016).
