Ruth Field

Ruth Field is co-founder of The Heartbreak Hotel and an accredited coach, passionate about championing women to thrive. She is the co-author of Finding your self at The Heartbreak Hotel and the bestselling author of Run Fat B!tch Run, Get Your Sh!t Together and Cut The Crap. She has a Masters degree in creative writing from Cambridge University. Ruth practised as a criminal barrister for a decade where she particularly enjoyed advocating for women. She lives in North London with her husband, twin sons and their adored cat, Domino.
