Hi, I'm Ruth Briddon, mum to Alex and daughter to our Jan and sister to Paula. All amazing people whom I lovely dearly. My life took a bit of a tumble when Alex was a baby and it shaped me in to the person I am today. I was a bit battered and bruised for a while but I decided that depression was depressing so taught myself how to recover from it.
