Ms. Bond is the Principal and Founder of Transition Strategies, LLC (www.transition-strategies.com), a boutique employment law firm located in Wayne, PA, that represents employees in all aspects of workplace-related legal matters. Robin counsels executives in transition, acting as their agent and helping them negotiate pay, perks and protections in both new employment contracts and severance deals. Robin also represents individuals in a wide range of legal disputes, including civil rights discrimination claims, restrictive covenant disputes, breach of contract and wage payment and collection matters.

Ms. Bond is regularly quoted in a variety of television, radio, on-line and print media, including MSNBC, Fox News, The New York Times, the New York Post, the Wall Street Journal, Corporate Counsel, Time, the Philadelphia Business Journal, Monster.com, and Career Builder. In recognition of her professional and civic achievements, she has been honored as one of Philadelphia's Women of Distinction. Robin is also a board member for PNC Bank's Women's Financial Advisory Board.

Robin Bond is recognized as a 2013 Pennsylvania SuperLawyer in the area of Employment Law, an honor reserved for only the top 5% of attorneys. She has also been honored as the Top Lawyer of the Main Line for 2011 for Employment Law for Individuals, and as an Awesome Attorney in the Philadelphia Suburbs for 2010-2012. She is also active in numerous professional and civic associations, including serving on the Planning Committee for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's annual Employment Law Institute, and on the Board of Directors of the Forum of Executive Women.

Ms. Bond is a frequent lecturer and published author on a variety of topics related to her areas of expertise, and a frequent speaker to groups in the corporate and nonprofit world. Additionally, she has served on the faculty of The American College in Bryn Mawr, where she taught "Business Law, Compliance, Benefits & Social Responsibility" at the graduate level. Ms. Bond earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and her B.A. in journalism, Phi Beta Kappa, from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.
