David Bonham-Carter

David Bonham-Carter is a self-help author who specialises in the use of CBT, Motivational Interviewing and other practical techniques to help people deal address difficulties such as self esteem and confidence issues, stress, anxiety and assertiveness, life change and motivation.

David worked for many years in the UK as a social worker before becoming a professional life coach in private practice for several years. He now focuses on sharing useful coaching and CBT techniques through self-help guides.

David's book "Introducing Self-Esteem: A Practical Guide" was published by Icon Books in 2012 and the sequel "Introducing Asssertiveness: A Practical Guide" followed in 2013.
