Travis Blair

Travis Blair lives down the road from the University of Texas campus in Arlington where he earned his B.A. in English Lit. After a long career in the theatre and movie business, he took up writing poetry. He is author of two books of poetry: Train to Chihuahua (2008) and Little Sandwiches (2013) His work also appears in Red River Review, Illya's Honey, Texas Poetry Calendar, Red Fez, Gutter Eloquence, and other literary journals in the U.S., England, South Africa, and Australia. He is the current President of the Dallas Poets Community and a member of the Writers' League of Texas. Travis has two daughters, five grandkids, and hides from them frequently in Manhattan and Mazatlán.
