Hal Moroz is an Attorney and Counselor at Law, who served as a County Judge, and a city Chief Judge in the great State of Georgia. His practice in the law has ranged from prosecuting criminals on behalf of the State of Georgia to representing American military veterans in courts up to and including the Supreme Court of the United States. He is not currently in the private practice of law.

Judge Moroz is an accomplished soldier and statesman, as well as a retired U.S. Army officer, having served in the Airborne Infantry. Judge Moroz served on the faculty of Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, and the State Bar of Georgia's Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) for the education of attorneys. He is a former candidate for the U.S. Congress, and served as Special Counsel to the Georgia Republican Party's First Congressional District Committee in the 2000 primary and general elections, and went on to serve as a Presidential Ballot Inspector/Observer during the 2000 "recount" in Florida.

Hal Moroz is also a news and political commentator, sharing his insight on the law and current affairs on a variety of popular media programs.
