Wayne A Shaffer

Wayne grew up in Southern California, had varied interests including airplanes, S.C.U.B.A. diving, photography, computers and animals. During his lifetime he traveled the country until, in the early 1980’s, he moved to Lake County, a small, rural area of Northern California. He currently resides in the small town of Kelseyville, about 130 miles Northeast of San Francisco.
