Barbara Austin

B.G. Austin writes crime novels and short stories. She grew up in Houston, Texas, but has spent most of her adult life in the Netherlands and the UK. Her novel "Lowlands" was longlisted in the CWA Debut Daggers Competition in 2020 and her short story "Breakdown" was longlisted in the Margery Allingham Short Story Competition in 2018. Her short story “The Bequest” was longlisted for the Fabula Press Aestas 2022 Short Story Competition.
