Tim McDermott

Born in Nebraska as "the middle child" in an Irish Catholic family of 14 children, Tim McDermott was always exposed to story telling and humor as he grew up. He knew from an early age that he wanted to be a lawyer. He has been a practicing lawyer for 38 years, both originally in Wisconsin, and since 1988 in Florida. His varied and colorful legal experiences over the years, including cases, people and events, provided great fodder for his fictional book, "Deadly Propensity." When not working full time pretending to be a lawyer, Tim and his wife, along with their two very spoiled dachshunds, split their time between their beach getaway in the Florida Panhandle and their home in Jacksonville.
