ROBERT S. SHUMAKE is a leading private equity investor and real estate developer. He has built a real estate portfolio of nearly three million square feet, worth over $1 billion. Shumake is the CEO of Shumake Global Partners, L3C, a provider of socially beneficial services in the areas of technology, real estate, gaming, energy, healthcare, and finance. He is an active supporter of youth, orchestrating fundraising events to ensure that they become and remain viable citizens. The Robert S. Shumake Scholarship Relays has supported over10,000 student athletes. The Shumake Family and Friends Foundation has provided over 200 college scholarships since its inception. He started the Shumake Legacy Academy to educate 3000 HIV-infected orphans in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Robert Shumake holds an honorary doctorate from Lewis College of Business in Detroit. He holds the titles of honorary consul to Botswana and Tanzania.
