Associate Professor since 1994 in the Department of Geographic Engineering and Graphic Expression Techniques of the University of Cantabria and CAD Instructor at the Institute for Professional Training and Social Studies (Santander, Spain). Up to 1992 he was a Professor of Design at the Polytechnic Institute "J. A. Echeverría" and the Superior Institute of Industrial Design, both in Havana (Cuba). Author of numerous scientific and educational papers on CAD,GIS and Computational Geometry. Co-author of the book "Programación en AutoCAD con Visual LISP" published by McGraw-Hill in 2003. As an expert in Autodesk software applications, he is a member of the Autodesk Developers Network since 1999.
